Data Security and Your Account Protection

We encrypt all account information and payment data using industry-standard SSL technology. Your login credentials are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Encryption Standard

All data between your device and our servers travels through encrypted SSL connections. Your password is never visible to our staff and cannot be recovered—only reset via your registered email.

Payment Data Handling

We do not store your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS card numbers. Payment processors handle the transaction; we store only a transaction ID and confirmation for your records and our audit trail.

Account Verification

When you request a withdrawal or change your email, we verify your identity through a confirmation link sent to your registered address or phone number linked to your account.

Data Retention

Your account information stays with us while your account is active. After you close your account, we retain transaction history for two years for regulatory compliance, then delete it.

Access Your Data

You can download a copy of your stored personal data, account history and transactions by requesting a data export through Account Settings or via support. We provide this within five business days.

Delete or Update

Contact support to request deletion of your account and associated data, or to update your personal information. We process deletion requests within seven business days where local law permits.

Privacy Policy Questions Answered

When you register, we collect your full name, email address, date of birth, phone number and country of residence. During your first deposit, we verify your identity by requesting a government ID number. We also record your IP address and device type when you log in for security purposes.

Payment data never touches our servers. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS handle the transaction directly. We receive only a confirmation message and transaction ID. Your card or wallet details remain with the payment processor. All communication is encrypted end-to-end.

We do not sell or share your personal information. We share data only with payment processors to process deposits and withdrawals, with compliance partners where local law requires, or if you explicitly authorise it. We never share your data for marketing purposes.

We retain your transaction history and account records for two years after closure for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Personal data like your name and email are deleted after 30 days unless local law requires longer retention. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including account history and transactions. Open Account Settings > Privacy & Security or email [email protected]. We provide a downloadable report within five business days at no cost.

We use encrypted passwords, two-factor verification on withdrawal requests and IP address monitoring. If we detect unusual login activity from a new location or device, we send a verification link to your registered email. You can also enable extra security steps in your account settings.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferred language and table layout. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect your ability to stay logged in across sessions or use live table features.
